We have many wonderful traditions at the enterprise. One of them is mentoring.
New employees come to SKBT every year. Everyone who has joined our ranks needs moral and physical support, which means that a mentor is definitely needed. Competent specialists pass on their experience to young workers. Among the best mentors in the professional development of young people is Anatoly Ivanovich Semunin. His motto of the operator - mentor of machine tools with PU: "My goal, as a mentor, is to provide professional assistance to young people, share my experience and show in practice how to apply theoretical knowledge."
On May 24, in Penza, within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity", a regional competition "Best Mentoring Practices of the Penza Region" was held for the first time. 8 applications were submitted for the competition from leading industrial enterprises of our region.
The winner in the nomination "Mentoring in the professional development of youth" LLC "SKBT" took the second place of honor. The Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Penza Region expressed gratitude to all participants in the competition! We congratulate the laureates on their well-deserved victory and wish them good luck at the all-Russian stage of the competition for the best mentoring practices, which will take place in the 4th quarter of 2021.
