On November 29, 2023, a solemn opening ceremony of the district Board of Honor took place, dedicated to the birthday of the Pervomaisky district.

Summing up the competition among mechanical engineering enterprises for 9 months of 2023, the head of the administration of the Pervomaisky district of the city of Penza, Lidia Belyakova, presented the team of Special Design Bureau of Turbochargers LLC with a Certificate of Honor for 2nd place.
