Every year, on the last Sunday of September, our country celebrates a professional holiday - Machine Builder Day. On September 25, 2020, in the assembly hall, 25 employees of our enterprise were presented with certificates of honor and gratitude of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza Region, the Head of the Administration of the city of Penza, the Head of the Administration of the Pervomaisky District and the General Director of SKBT LLC for their conscientious work and personal contribution to the development of industry. The list of awardees includes turners, mechanics - testers, design engineers, electric and gas welders, operators - machine tool adjusters, engineers - programmers and other employees of the enterprise.
In the Penza Cinema and Concert Hall, the Governor of the Penza Region, Ivan Belozertsev, awarded the best workers in the machine-building industry. In total, in 2020, 5 people received the Certificate of Honor of the Governor of the Penza Region for conscientious work and personal contribution to the development of industry. One of the certificates and a lapel badge was awarded to an employee of our enterprise - mechanic assembly work Nikolai Vasilievich Finogin.
After demobilization from the ranks of the Soviet army, he began his career in the transport police. In "SKBT" works since February 1982 as a mechanic of the 3rd category, at the present time - a mechanic of mechanical assembly works of the 6th category.
As a mentor to young people, over 38 years of work at the enterprise, he trained several qualified fitters, including his son Nikolai, who has been working at the turbocharger assembly site since 2005.
